Salon Appointment and Safety Policy

COVID-19 Health and Safety Measures:

• Guests experiencing symptoms such as a cough or fever, or who believe they may be ill with any virus, are kindly asked to reschedule their appointments.

• Mandatory: Masks must be worn at all times within the salon.

• We require all guests to wash their hands upon arrival.

• Only the person receiving the service may enter; no additional visitors allowed.

• Our team ensures that the salon and all tools are sanitized comprehensively after each appointment.

• Prior to your appointment, please call or text to confirm your arrival and adherence to our safety measures.

• A non-refundable $25 deposit is necessary to book your appointment, which will be applied to the cost of your service. Deposit is forfeited upon cancellation, except if initiated by the salon.

• Bookings must be made in advance; we are unable to accommodate walk-ins or last-minute appointments.

• Deposits from rescheduled appointments will be honored.

• We strive to respond within 24 hours; please note, communication received after 7:30 PM will be addressed the following day as we value family time.

• Failure to notify us of a cancellation may result in an inability to book future appointments.

• Should you face an unforeseen emergency, inform us promptly to allow your appointment to be offered to another client.

Hair Styling Preparation:

• The duration of hair styling services is estimated and may vary.

• Please reserve enough time for your appointment to ensure a relaxed and quality service.

• For braids and crochet styles, arrive with hair that is clean, dry, and free of products, except for heat protectant. Oils and leave-ins can cause the hair to become white or slippery. Feel free to bring your preferred moisturizers for application.
